Viewings & Referencing

Our agents will conduct viewings with any prospective tenants and will provide them with all of the necessary information about the property. Once a tenant has been found our administration team will thoroughly carry out credit checks, previous landlord references and Right to Rent checks.

Tenancy Agreement & Deposit

Before your tenant moves into the property we will store their deposit with a certified protection scheme and they will then sign our comprehensive legally binding tenancy agreement.

Inventory Report & Check-in

We recommend our landlords to opt for our independent inventory specialists to carry out a detailed and accurate photographic reports giving you peace of mind should any issues arise at your property. We will also make sure all tenants are handed over keys ready to move into their new home.
